MOON STATION HOTEL TOKYO

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to fly into space? Is your dream to sleep in a spaceship? Well, now you can! Okay, not quite, but you can stay in Japan’s first space station themed capsule hotel!

MOON STATION HOTEL TOKYO is a capsule hotel in Nishi-Ojima, Koto-ku, with excellent access to Nihombashi, Asakusa, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Disneyland, and other downtown Tokyo areas. What’s unique about this hotel is the space station theme! Stay in the capsule space pods and get ready for take-off! This futuristic hotel is completely cashless, and you can pay with your card, so there’s no need to carry cash with you.

MOON STATION HOTEL TOKYO is the only hotel in the Nishi-Ojima area with a women’s only section, so female travelers can stay with a sense of ease. As a capsule hotel, it’s easy and convenient for single travelers. Choose from a Vertical Single, Horizontal Single, or Horizontal Wide. Vertical cabins are the more popular capsule styles with the opening at the short end, so you enter head first…or is it feet first? Horizontal cabins have the opening lengthwise horizontally and you can just roll in if that’s your style.

There are also connecting capsules for groups of up to 16 people. Choose a Couple Room with two connecting cabins, a group room with up to four connecting capsules, or the largest room is a group room for five to sixteen people. The large five to sixteen cabin room is the only one not available in the women’s only zone. Popular with business people, capsules with a bed desk are available for day-only stays so you can get some work done in a clean, quiet environment.

Free Wi-Fi is available in your capsule and the communal area. Capsules come with two USB charge ports, a hanger, and a light you can change to five different colors to create your favorite spacey atmosphere. There are desks with plug sockets in the communal/co-working area for your work or trip research needs. If you need help planning your trip, there is also a tourist information center. Female and Male separate showers come with amenities such as body soap, shampoo, a toothbrush set, towel, bath towel, razor, and cotton swabs. For an additional price, you can buy a basic cosmetics set, slippers, a body towel, and earplugs, and rent room wear. Eating is allowed in the communal space fitted with a microwave and a vending machine.

The hotel is currently taking maximum measures to keep guests as safe as possible from Coronavirus. Such measures include disinfection of hotel surfaces, a mask-wearing policy for employees and guests, body temperature checks during check-in. Guests will not be placed in capsules adjoining another occupant unless desired.

Special Campaign Price! Now-Only!

Don’t miss the current campaign rates! Right due to the Coronavirus, the hotel is offering rates starting at 1,500 yen per night!
