Tokyo Citizen’s Day. Free Admission to Zoos, Aquariums, Gardens and Museums.

October 1 is Tokyo Citizen’s Day and in order to commemorate the day, entrances fees have been waivered all over the city. Facilities include zoos, aquariums, gardens and museums. Ueno Zoo and Kasai Rinkai Aquarium require numbered tickets in advance.
