Here are some of the recommendations if you want to go shopping in Tokyo. 

Ginza:

Ginza is one of the most popular shopping spots in Tokyo. Ginza is not only famous amongst the Japanese people, but it is also renowned amongst tourists. If you are looking for luxury brand items or fashion goods, Ginza is the right place for you to go. There are a lot of department stores in Ginza, such as Ginza Mitsukoshi, Matsuya Ginza, and Ginza Wako. Ginza Wako is a place where people can buy luxurious goods. For the mid-range fashion pieces, there are some of the chain stores such as Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA. And also, there are discount stores such as Don Quijote and drugstore Matsumoto Kiyoshi which provide cosmetic products and other useful items at an average price. Other than the recommended shopping spots, Ginza also has a unique day every week, which is the Car Free Day. During the Car Free Day, cars are not allowed to pass through the avenue in Ginza, and people could walk freely in the middle of the road. Car Free Day is being held in Ginza every week, often on Sundays.

The first choice of shopping in Akihabara would be Yodobashi Akiba. Yodobashi Akiba is a big department store that offers a wide range choice of electronics such as PCs, smartphones, audio, and even books and toys. Other than Yodobashi Akiba, you can find many second-hand electronics stores in Akihabara. There are many of these stores with high-quality goods such as smartphones and PCs. The most recommended store in Shinjuku in terms of a luxury brand is ISETAN Shinjuku. You can enjoy non-luxurious high fashion brands such as Takashimaya, Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA. Other than fashion brands, you can find other items at Don Quijote and Tokyu Hands. On the west side of the station, there are several big department stores such as Keio Department Store and Odakyu Department, which are located next to each other. Also, there is a department store connected to Shinjuku station’s east exit which is LUMINE EST. Other than the department stores, you can also find electronic goods in Shinjuku. Places like Bicqlo, Bic Camera, and Yodobashi Camera can also be found in Shinjuku. You can also find food near Shinjuku station and also at Kabukicho.

Tokyo has a lot of regions that are popular in terms of shopping spots. Shibuya is one of the well-known tourist spots in Tokyo that has a lot of shopping spots. In Shibuya, you can find a lot of shopping spots such as things related to fashion and also electronic goods. For example, you can find Bic Camera and LABI in Shibuya if you are looking for electronic goods. Other than the electronic products, you can find a lot of fashion brands in Shibuya, such as H&M, Uniqlo, and Bershka, which are low priced fashions. There are a lot of shoe shops in Shibuya, starting from the mid-range up to higher-end shoes. Some examples of the middle-range shoe shops are Atmos and ABC Mart. Other than fashion goods, you can also find a lot of unique foods such as crepes and boba milk tea. Other than Takeshita street, you can also go to Omotesando, where you can find a lot of luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Dior. In Omotesando, you can find three famous department stores, which are La Foret Harajuku, Omotesando Hills, and Tokyu Plaza. Thus, there are kinds of shop variations in the Harajuku era, including Takeshita Street and Omotesando. And also, Harajuku is accessible by foot from Shibuya. Sometimes many people prefer to go to Harajuku from Shibuya on foot instead of using the train.
