Tokyo Stock Exchange Halts All Trading of Stocks Due to System Trouble
The Tokyo Stock Exchange has announced that it will suspend trading in all stocks throughout the day due to problems with the stock price information distribution system. This is an unusual situation, and recovery has not yet been determined.

October 1 is Tokyo Citizen’s Day and in order to commemorate the day, entrances fees have been waivered all over the city. Facilities include zoos, aquariums, gardens and museums. Ueno Zoo and Kasai Rinkai Aquarium require numbered tickets in advance.
